Enlo is doing excellent when it comes to 'stay' and 'leave'. His distance and duration while in command increases more and more everyday. By the end of the week, we are able to recall Enlo way past 20 feet. Enlo has always done extremely well at the 'stay' command. He is such a smart dog, picks up and learns things fairly quickly! Enlo's duration 'sit' is over one minute, with his 'down' at around one minute. He is able to take inspections with ease, which is an improvement since we first introduced them. Enlo used to get really excited and would jump up on the person inspecting him, but n ow he is able to control this impulse. On Thursday, Enlo had an accident in his crate. He has never done this and it was obvious he was not feeling well throughout the day; pretty lethargic. We scaled back his food and training for the day. The following day, Enlo was back to his old, happy self :) Yay! Teaching Enlo 'on' and 'off' and we introduced the 'six' command. This is where Enlo will watch his owners back and stand between their legs facing the other direction. This helps for people who battle anxiety, especially in public places.
