Enlo has had an excellent week. He is performing his 'Down' command much quicker, without a lure and both verbally and non-verbally. Enlo started the week still slightly nervous on the elevator, but now shows zero signs of anxiousness (we made it a very positve and fun experience for him every time - lots of toys and treats on the elevator :) ). His short distance recall is great and he breaks quickly for his handler when he is called. Enlo was introduced to two male dogs and he did not like them. He loves to play with female dogs. (This may be due to him being recently neutered. His hormones are still flowing through his body. It will take some time, maybe 6 months after being neutered). Enlo does show signs of resource guarding his crate and people, but nothing too aggressive. We will continue to work on this behavior. Enlo is such a happy dog and a love bug! Great companion!! Started charging 'Leave it' and shaping the 'stand' command. Took Enlo to my college class with 20 students and he behaved well. Also took him to a softball game. Socializing Enlo, took to new areas, people, activities, smells, and sounds is really good for him. Absolutely love this dog!!
